Sublimation Tumblers, Pens, Apparel: 1–2 weeks (You agree to this when ordering!)

All items ship via USPS with insurance

For lost or missing packages, please contact USPS

Email me with pictures of the item & packaging within 24 hours of delivery. If item is damaged due to shipping, you must file a claim with USPS.
