All tumblers are double wall, vacuum sealed stainless steel.
They include a lid & straw.

Turn around time for tumblers made to order is 4-6 weeks. Ready to ship items will be shipped in 1-5 business days.
You are agreeing to this when placing an order.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR OFFER REFUNDS.  

Due to the handmade nature of your tumbler, small imperfections can happen. Each tumbler is unique and may vary slightly from the product photos.

French Hill Design Co. is not responsible for any damage to the cup once the customer has received their cup.
If you damage your tumbler and want it fixed, there is a fee for repairs.
Fee will depend on the extent of the damage.
